GBLC is recruiting for its Development and Outreach AmeriCorps VISTA position and its Learning Links AmeriCorps program. Click here for more information and terms of service.
GBLC provides 18 hours/week of afterschool tutoring, homework help, and enrichment to 60 3rd-5th grade students.
- It costs us $3,000 to provide 10 months of afterschool tutoring and enrichment to one child.
- An investment of $75 provides a week's worth of everyday homework help, tutoring and enrichment to a child.
- An investment of $300 provides a whole month of afterschool services to a child.

Greenbrier Learning Center's mission is to promote education, youth leadership and strong families through structured enrichment programs beyond the school day. Utilizing a community-driven approach, we foster academic achievement and personal growth among our after-school students, act as a resource for youth and adults, and increase collaboration among service providers in Northern Virginia.
