Lisa Pope, Chair and Finance & Governance Committee
(FY 1994 – 2011) Lisa Pope was a member of the original steering committee from Greenbrier Church that partnered with the Arlington Community Foundation to open the Greenbrier Learning Center in 1994. She is currently Publications Supervisor for Woodward Communications in Washington, DC. Her previous positions at Woodward include serving as Senior Writer, Project Coordinator, and Assistant Editor. Her experience also includes working in the Public Affairs Department of the National Wildlife Federation in Washington, DC. A graduate of Arlington County Public Schools, she holds a B.A. in English from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Her volunteer activities also include serving on Greenbrier Church’s Finance Committee and helping to lead the young adult group at the church.
