Steven Ruggio, Finance & Governance Committee (FY2010-2012) Steven is a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP [E&Y]. He works in the Risk Advisory practice focusing on the financial services industry providing consulting advice to his clients on topics that include Risk Management, Process Improvement, Strategy, Technical Accounting and Technology. He is a resident of Arlington and an active volunteer at the Arlington County Central Library. Steven graduated with honors from The George Washington University where he studied accounting and statistics.
